- AMD News will have no contact with Participant 's potential clients at any time.
- Participant is responsible for working with and providing info to AMD production department to produce the commercial
- Participant is responsible for filling out a short survey at end of 90 day period
- Participant has the option to be interviewed for second half of article "The stories of American Business"
