What happens after I confirm this email and fill out my form?

The Operations Department will contact you via email (Operations769@amdheadlinenews.com OR operations769@americanmediadistribution.net) to set up your production appointment to speak about your commercial within our current project queue time:

 QUEUE TIME: 7-14 business days FROM THE DATE YOU HAVE FILLED OUT THE PRODUCTION FORM ABOVE. YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING AT THIS POINT AFTER FILLING OUT THE FORM.

Ø Unless you are leaving town, or there is an extreme measure we ask that you please do not insist or demand to speak to your artist before we contact you to set up your production appointment. Everyone is moving through in a first come, first serve queue basis at the most alacritous pace possible.

Your commercial is prepped for airing and a schedule is set for play according to the start date information you had entered into your demographics form.

Here is some info to get started with, but

THERE IS NO NEED TO GET ANY MATERIALS TOGETHER AT THIS POINT UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE SPOKEN WITH YOUR PRODUCTION ARTIST.

HERE IS A BASIC GUIDELINE OF WHAT YOU MIGHT NEED: 

3-8 SELECTED PICTURES (unless you are combining pictures in each screen shot)

LEVEL 2 ONLY> VOICEOVER COPY (OR YOUR MAIN IDEA IN BULLET POINTS) THAT WHEN READ OUT LOUD ARE 30 SECONDS LONG –

***HOW DO I KNOW HOW BIG OF A VOICE-OVER I SHOULD WRITE?***

A rule of thumb to gauge your voice-over is a low-tech one. Have a friend with a second hand time it while you speak aloud or a timer of your own and time yourself vocalizing your voice over. Our professionals can read fast if you desire so your normal read can be 16-17 seconds, and our professionals can read it fast in 30 seconds. If you want the voice-over to be said casually you need to hit your commercial time (30) seconds on the dot when you are doing your timed test.

PLEASE NOTE:  You do not have to do anything as far as creative. You may simply ask our production team to use their best judgment if you are not sure what might look best. They have completed thousands of beautiful commercial productions.

 MEDIA FORMATS  - PICTURE Formats:  

Please only send pictures in the following formats: .jpg  .psd  .pdf  .bmp

 Minimum picture dimensions: 11" x 7" x 72 dpi - the bigger the better, but please only send a max of 5-7 meg per picture.

(We will try to work with you with what you have, but the smaller the picture the blurrier the representation in the commercial)

 

Please note, pictures from website usually are very small in size compared to what is needed for commercials. If you have the originals that are of a higher resolution those would be the best to utilize for the clearest image.

I have video I want to utilize in my commercial and I cannot email is because the file is too large:

Reply to this email notifying the customer service department you have video and we will email you back an FTP log-in. AN FTP is basically an area on our AMD servers where you can log into and drag and drop your video to directly upload it to our production department.
